Very interesting find, Gordon. Check out the ravine with the
white colored bridge across it. Just to the left of this bridge is a huge monolith. On a ridge to the west is a wall
with a notch in it. Am working on monolith, notch alignment
to see what else lines up. The bridge may be a another toppled megalith.

monolith - better view

Here's a better view of what I think may be a monolith. Still working on alignment with notch in wall and other structures. You really came across an awesome image, Gordon!

Way south of Gordon's City - M0001638
Sun Nov 12 14:25:12 2000

Chronos or other fellow anomalists,

Could use some help on this one! I found this in the image that Gordon brought to our attention last week. It appears to be a city with a street running right through the center of it. Note all the structures. Was this a reservoir between the cith and the wall? Note the notches in the wall. South end of this image from MSSS is poor quality.

Sorry about the slow loading...

Gordon
Way South?
Wed Nov 15 21:20:24 2000

It's a very interesting image, and, I hope you've noticed the reflections in the Lake.

Is this another image, south of the one I posted, or, near the bottom of the same image. I've lost all my images and links (Crash), and, I guess the only way I'll find them again is to go back in the posts and dig out everything I've posted in the last few months.

There are several lines in the bottom of the one I posted that look like roads to me, and, I think Chronos said they looked like Pipelines to him.

Mike
thanks Gordon... Thu Nov 16 17:45:57 2000

for your response. The image I posted (very poorly done) is a selection from M0001638. You brought this image to our attention last week (dome in crater). I found this feature near the bottom of M0001638. I must apologize for the extreme poor quality. I'm just beginning to get a feel for the software I'm using. I think I can do much better now and will re-post an image in the next few days. If it wasn't for Chronos help, I'd really look like an idiot. M0001638 has some great features in it - keep up the great work.

Regards,
Mike

South of Gordon's city - revisited
Sun Nov 19 22:42:08 2000

This is an enhancement of an image I previously posted. It is a selection from M0001638 and is found approximately 3/4 of the way down, towards the bottom. The area is full of interesting structures. This enhancement is not the greatest but it does show three features I noticed. I'm working on a better one that will show many of the other nearby features and will post that soon.

As always... this value added image is brought to you by our friends at NASA/ MSSS

Regards,
Mike WEBMASTERS NOTE: the above image has been lost if anyone can come up with it please send it in thanks.

That's the idea!

Speaking of those times when if someone would just post an image number I'd stop surfing around aimlessly in a depressed stupor, lol... Thanks, Mike.

Nice work, and I agree, and possibly several more cylindrical objects in that clip? (I soften this clip from yours to suit my tastes re: pixellation)

Sure is interesting right under the word "tank", innit?

Peace,

Chronos

Since Mike was kind enough to point my dazed brain in a particular direction (thanks again!) :-)

I can't help it, I just see a lot of faces... and stuff...

Peace,

Chronos
