This image has a tremendous amount of structural ruins. The essay on page 1 details possible reasons for the current appearance, all of the images following show foundations, structure, walls etc. throughout the entire region.

This is area O, Q and P

 Each platform has a rectangular fashion to it, has
 height to it. One is formed on top of the other.

In addition, there are numerous blocks off to the right. Steps? Remains of building blocks?

It's always been my contention that if Mars had been
populated, most structures would be degraded,
weathered and covered, with evidence of debris
scattered around.

Is this a foundation whose walls have crumbled?

The area shown by Rob above was equalized by Starjim and produced the image to the left below, note in the right image Rob detailed the same tank area as having definite structure. A closer look at that tank area is continued below.
